Atom is fully equipped with heavy duty commercial Treadmills, commercial elliptical cross trainers, commercial recumbent bikes, commercial upright bikes, commercial atom Individual stations, Ladies & Gents Changing, Wash Rooms/ Showers on the First Floor . And weight training benches, free weights like dumbbells, barbells, group workout studios and spinner studio on the ground floor.
We have trained and certified male and female trainers, well trained Physios who excel in Fitness Field. Every member will be individually assessed by trained Physios for their health profile & lifestyle profile. A thorough fitness evaluation will be done which includes fat percentage check and body composition analysis and necessary fitness components. Taking all these details into account, every member will be given a personalized workout schedule. The progress of every member will be monitored and a monthly evaluation will be done and accordingly the next month workout schedule will be made.
