FRANCHISOR SERVICES

PRE-OPERATIONS
∙ Granting of the ‘atom’ Franchise for the respective area.
∙ Transferring all our technical know-how and experience.
∙ Help design the Gym model and selection of equipment.
∙ Preparation of Financials and the Business proposal for investors.
∙ Be a part of the promotional team to build and select the investor team.
∙ Advice on the services to be offered at each gym.
∙ Advising on memberships rates and pricing strategies.
∙ Providing the exercise equipment to the Franchisee at the lowest price.
∙ Advising on the gym locations and be a part of the selection.
∙ Providing information and advice on the interior design of each facility.
∙ Training of gym staff, managers and trainers.
∙ Advising on the gym member and staff control systems.
∙ Providing the ‘atom’ computer software for the management of members at a fee.
∙ Advising on the member service systems, recording and follow up structures.
∙ Providing the launch advertising Artworks.
∙ Providing all the brochure and promotional material Artwork.
∙ Advising on Promotional and Public relations strategies.
∙ Help in the planning of the launch of the Gyms, and being a part of the press conference.

DURING OPERATIONS
∙ Help monitor and analyze monthly gym performance.
∙ Advise and monitor member service standards.
∙ Participate in the continuous staff training and motivational programs.
∙ Participate in quarterly seminar for members as guest speakers.
∙ Performing inspections and helping maintain consistent gym standards.
∙ Provide all promotional material Artwork at cost.
∙ Provide all replacement and upgrading equipment at the best price.

Guidelines
Each gym is provided with a membership price list, and service guidelines.  They are also briefed on conduct and discipline parameters within which they should function.
Resources
All the staff of ‘atom’ is trained according to the standard set by the Franchisor.  Fitness Managers are available to provide programs to members, while Instructors (trainers) help and encourage members to achieve their optimum fitness goals.
Accountability
Receipt books, membership contracts and membership applications are used to monitor and maintain financial control of all transactions in each gym.  The Operations Manager and General Manager randomly visit each gym at different times, to help maintain service standards, and solve irregularities and member dissatisfaction problems.  Once a week, an accounts executive visits each gym, to inspect all transactions, applications, and banking slips against receipts issued.
Computerization
Network and quality control – all gyms would be equipped with a computer each.  The data entry of all memberships would take place at the point of joining.  This information would be automatically emailed at the end of the day to our ( D J Fitness Sanctuary Pvt Ltd) computer.  From time to time web cameras would also take pictures of each gym’s workout area, and automatically send the pictures to us (Franchisor) for inspection and quality control.
Access Control – An access control system to be setup, monitor the memberships exercise lifestyle, and limit abuse of the facilities by expired and non-members.
